Instructor Lead Pottery Wheel Session

Service Description

Drop by for a 2-hour instructor lead drop-in session at our open studio. We can walk you through the basic steps to create a piece on the wheel; wedging, centering, opening, pulling walls and adding shape. If you want to keep your piece most work takes 3 sessions to finish, throw/create, trim and once fired glaze. Clay Provided • Each instructor-led session includes 3 balls of clay (20 oz each). General Guide • Coffee mug → ~1 lb (16 oz) of clay • Bowl → ~2 lbs of clay Clay Pricing • Half bag (~12.5 lbs): $25 • Full bag (~25 lbs): $36 Storage Policy • Please note: unless you are a paying member, we cannot store leftover clay.
